Don’t get me wrong, I love my job as a game tester. But what I think a lot of aspiring game testers overlook is that when you’re testing games you’re not playing them for fun or leisure. You have to follow specific instructions and write reports based on very tedious actions. It’s fun, but more of QA than gaming per se.
I have just set up my own arcade site.
I have almost 4000 games hosted on the site, with daily game updates.
